Overview

HubSpot holds a lot of your customer activity, but it’s not always easy to stay on top of the tickets and deals that actually need your attention. With Noded, you can create HubSpot tickets and deals directly from your notes, and we’ll keep those linked and tracked automatically.

HubSpot can show you every ticket or deal for a company, but it can’t tell you which ones matter most to Jane—your buyer—or provide the broader context behind each issue. Noded fills in that gap. It keeps track of your commitments in HubSpot and brings your relevant notes right alongside them, so you and your team always know what’s happening and what needs follow-up.

How it works

Once connected, Noded automatically ingests any HubSpot Ticket or Deal whenever you paste or reference its URL. Your notes are also logged to the relevant companies or contacts you’ve tagged, keeping everything connected.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Paste Ticket or Deal links from HubSpot into Noded for automatic tracking.
  • Highlight text in your notes and generate new Tickets or Deals directly from Noded, then save them back to HubSpot.
  • See updates to Tickets and Deals inside Noded, along with the context and next actions you need to keep accounts moving.

Each record stays linked to its related companies and contacts in Noded, so the full picture is always just a click away.

Configure

Any user can connect their HubSpot account from the Apps section in Noded.

To add/connect your HubSpot account to Noded:

  1. Under the HubSpot app in Noded, click on the "Connect" button.
  2. When prompted, authorize Noded to connect to your HubSpot account by clicking the "Allow" button.
  3. Done! You should see your email in green under the HubSpot app, and the button that previously had "Connect" will now display "Settings".

To check the status of your HubSpot connection:

  2. If the HubSpot connection is functioning as expected, you should see the status as "WAITING".

  4. If you wish to disable your HubSpot connection temporarily, you can toggle the switch beside the connection to off.

To remove your HubSpot connection:

  1. Under the HubSpot app in Noded, click on the "Settings" button.
  2. Click on the red button showing a broken link to "Disconnect this application from your account".
  3. Once disconnected, Noded will no longer bring your HubSpot events into Noded.

To delete your HubSpot records:

  1. Click on the "Everything" section in Noded and change the filter from "Everything" to “Records”.
  2. Open each event one-by-one clicking the Delete button to remove it.
