Steve has spent over twenty years building workflow automation and integration platforms. He led two SaaS companies to exits — with Salesforce and with Dell Boomi — built Salesforce Flow, and most recently served as VP of Product and Head of Platform at Slack, where he shipped Slack Platform 2.0.
At Noded, Steve leads product: the Customer Context Graph, the memory layer, and the integrations that weave a customer’s calls, tickets, emails, and CRM records into one living story. He writes here about integration architecture, MCP, AI economics, and what two decades of connecting enterprise systems teaches you about what AI actually needs underneath it.
