Life at Noded

First, the important stuff.

Every company's customer story is scattered across 20+ tools — call recorders, CRMs, support desks, email, Slack. Somebody on the team is always the human glue holding it together, and it's exhausting. Noded fixes that. We weave every account into one living story, automatically, and act on it wherever you work. We call it the central nervous system for customer growth. Customers call it "finally."

We're built by the team behind Salesforce Flow, the Slack Platform, and Boomi — people who've spent decades building the platforms work runs on, and who've decided the most broken thing left in software is how companies remember their customers. We're early, we're growing, and the surface area of interesting problems is enormous.

How we work: remote-first, from anywhere. We write things down, we default to async, and we keep meetings rare enough that they're actually fun. We use Noded to run Noded — every deal, every customer, every decision — so you'll feel what our users feel within your first hour. We ship weekly, talk to customers constantly, and take the work seriously while taking ourselves considerably less so.

Value 01

Customers are the plot

Everything we build starts with a real account, a real workflow, a real person drowning in admin. We talk to users every week — every role, no exceptions.

Value 02

Craft over theater

No performative busyness, no 40-slide decks. We'd rather ship something small and true than present something big and vague.

Value 03

Default to shipping

Momentum is a feature. We make small bets fast, measure honestly, and let the graph — not the loudest voice — settle debates.

Value 04

Kind and candid

We give each other real feedback because we actually want each other to win. Low ego, high trust, zero tolerance for jerks.

What we offer

The deal.

Work from anywhere

Fully remote, globally distributed. We hire the best person for the role, wherever they happen to live.

Real ownership

Competitive salary and meaningful early-stage equity. When Noded wins, you win — properly.

A seat at the table

We're small enough that your work ships to every customer and your opinion shapes the roadmap. No layers, no waiting your turn.

The good tools

The laptop, software, and AI tooling you need to do your best work. We're an AI-native company — you'll never have to ask permission to automate the boring parts.

Time to recharge

Flexible time off that people actually take, and working hours that respect your time zone — not headquarters'.

Learn from builders

Work directly with founders who built Salesforce Flow, the Slack Platform, and Boomi. The mentorship is not theoretical.

Open role

Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR)

Remote — anywhereFull-timeGo-to-market

About the role

You'll be our first dedicated pipeline builder — the person who turns curiosity about Noded into real conversations with real customer teams. You'll source deals across a variety of campaigns: outbound sequences, our content engine (integration guides, comparison pages), the MCP ecosystem, communities, and events. You'll work directly with the founders, and you'll use Noded itself to prep every call — which means you'll never walk into a conversation cold, and you'll experience exactly what we're selling.

This is a great role if you want to be more than a sequence-runner: the playbook doesn't exist yet, and the person who writes it is you.

What you'll do

  • Source and qualify new opportunities across outbound campaigns — email, LinkedIn, communities, and events — targeting customer success, sales, and RevOps leaders.
  • Run targeted plays off our content engine: integration guides, comparison pages, and product-led signals all generate intent — you'll turn it into booked meetings.
  • Prep and book discovery calls for the founders, carrying full context into every handoff so a prospect never has to repeat themselves.
  • Experiment relentlessly with messaging, personas, and channels — treat every campaign as a test, and feed what you learn back to marketing and product.
  • Keep the pipeline honest. Clean data, clear next steps, no happy ears. (Most of the admin is automated — we practice what we preach.)
  • Write the playbook the next BDRs will run: sequences, talk tracks, qualification criteria, the lot.

What you'll bring

  • 1–3 years of outbound experience in B2B SaaS — or a shorter track record with evidence you're exceptional at starting conversations.
  • Excellent writing. Crisp, human, specific — the kind of cold email people actually answer, with zero cringe merge-fields.
  • Real curiosity about how customer teams work: you can hold your own in a conversation about renewals, QBRs, and CRM hygiene.
  • Comfort with ambiguity. There's no six-week onboarding academy here; there's a market, a product people love, and you.
  • An experimental mindset — you think in hypotheses, cohorts, and reply rates, not just activity counts.

Bonus points

  • You've sold to customer success or post-sales teams before.
  • You already use AI tools daily to research, draft, and prep — and have opinions about it.
  • You've been early at a startup and liked it.

Full Stack Developer

Remote — anywhereFull-timeEngineering

About the role

Noded connects to 20+ tools — Gong, Zoom, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Slack, Gmail, and more — and turns what happens in them into one living customer story. You'll build the core services behind that story and the integration layer that feeds it. This is deep, satisfying systems work with a visible product on top: the pipeline you harden on Tuesday changes what a customer sees in their account brief on Wednesday.

We're a small, senior team, so you'll own problems end to end — schema to API to UI — and your code will be in production for real customers within your first couple of weeks.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and operate core services behind the Customer Context Graph — the platform every feature stands on.
  • Build and harden integrations across call recorders, CRMs, support desks, project management tools, and email — the connective tissue of the product.
  • Ship features end to end: data model, API, and the interface a customer actually touches.
  • Make ingestion boringly reliable: OAuth flows, webhooks, rate limits, retries, backfills, and permission models that respect exactly what each customer has granted.
  • Treat performance and cost as features. Pre-aggregation and token efficiency are core to why customers choose Noded — you'll help keep that edge.
  • Raise the bar: review thoughtfully, pair when it helps, and leave the codebase better than you found it.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years building and operating production web services, with real ownership of systems in the wild.
  • Strength across the stack in a modern toolchain (we live mostly in TypeScript/Node — depth in a comparable stack is fine).
  • Battle scars from third-party APIs: you know OAuth edge cases, webhook dedupe, and rate-limit backoff strategies by heart.
  • Pragmatism. You ship small, iterate fast, and know when a design doc is worth more than a prototype (and vice versa).
  • Clear writing — we're remote and async, and your PR descriptions are part of the product.

Bonus points

  • You've built on or around MCP, LLM tooling, or agent frameworks.
  • You've worked on data-intensive systems — pipelines, graphs, search, or sync engines.
  • You've been an early engineer somewhere and know what "own it end to end" really means.

Growth / PLG Engineer

Remote — anywhereFull-timeGrowth

About the role

Noded is live in a coffee break: connect a tool, and your accounts start telling their own story. Your job is to make sure everyone who signs up actually gets to that moment — and keeps coming back. You'll own the self-serve journey end to end: signup, onboarding, first connected tool, first "whoa," and the habits that follow. You'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market, and you'll ship real product every week.

This is an engineering role with a growth brain — you build the experiments yourself, instrument them properly, and let the data argue for you.

What you'll do

  • Own the self-serve funnel from landing page to activated team: signup, connection flows, onboarding, and the first week of a user's life.
  • Instrument everything. Build the event tracking and analytics that show exactly where users sail through and where they stall.
  • Design and ship experiments: onboarding variants, empty states that teach, well-timed nudges, lifecycle email — measured properly, shipped fast, killed without sentiment when they don't work.
  • Build in-product moments with taste — the kind that make someone feel smart, not the tooltip confetti that makes them close the tab.
  • Partner with the founders on pricing and packaging experiments across our self-serve and sales-assisted tiers.
  • Close the loop weekly: what moved activation, what didn't, and what we're trying next.

What you'll bring

  • An engineer's toolkit: you're full-stack enough to ship an experiment end to end — UI, backend, tracking — without waiting on anyone.
  • Product sense and user empathy. You watch session replays for fun and talk to users without being asked.
  • Experimentation rigor: funnels, cohorts, retention curves — and the honesty to admit when the sample size says "nothing."
  • Experience with a product-led motion at a SaaS company, or clear evidence you've studied the best ones closely.
  • A strong bias to shipping. Perfect is a v3 problem.

Bonus points

  • You've done growth engineering at a PLG company — think Slack, Notion, Airtable, or the next one.
  • You've built lifecycle/email tooling or worked with product analytics stacks in anger.
  • You have opinions about our signup flow already. (Try it — it's free.)

Data Scientist

About the role

The graph is the product. Noded's ingestion chaining™ reads the action layer of 20+ tools — calls, tickets, threads, deals — and turns it into structured, connected customer context that models can actually use. You'll work at the heart of that: how raw activity becomes entities, how entities become insight, and how insight becomes a recommendation a CSM trusts at 8:55 before a 9:00 call.

This is applied science with a short path to production and a very visible bar: our customers see up to 90% lower token costs and measurably better answers because of the work this role owns. You'll make those numbers better — and prove it.

What you'll do

  • Advance ingestion chaining: improve how raw, messy, multi-tool activity is parsed, linked, and distilled into the Customer Context Graph.
  • Own graph quality: entity resolution across people, accounts, threads, and commitments — the difference between "a note" and "the story."
  • Build and evaluate LLM pipelines for insights and recommendations: prompting strategies, retrieval, structured outputs, model selection.
  • Make quality measurable: evaluation harnesses, ground-truth sets, and regression gates so the graph only ever gets smarter.
  • Push on efficiency: the pre-aggregation and caching strategies behind our token-cost story are a living system — you'll keep extending the lead.
  • Partner closely with engineering to take everything above from notebook to production, and with customers to sanity-check that "better" is better for them.

What you'll bring

  • A strong applied background — ML, NLP, or data science shipped to production, not just papers and prototypes.
  • Hands-on depth with LLMs: prompting, retrieval, evals, and a clear-eyed view of what they're actually good at.
  • Solid engineering fundamentals: Python, SQL, and the discipline to build pipelines other people can run.
  • Measurement rigor. You're allergic to "it seems better" and know how to design an eval that would change your mind.
  • The ability to explain a subtle modeling decision to a non-specialist — clearly, in writing.

Bonus points

  • You've worked on knowledge graphs, entity resolution at scale, or recommender systems.
  • You've wrangled B2B SaaS data — CRM objects, call transcripts, support tickets — and lived to tell the tale.
  • You've published, open-sourced, or written publicly about applied LLM work.
