Fireflies–HubSpot Integration Guide (2026)

Bidirectional: HubSpot Dialer calls in, notes and tasks out - plus Autofill CRM, which writes transcript data straight into HubSpot properties. One catch: transcripts sync as a link, not text.

TL;DR: Fireflies’ HubSpot integration runs both directions - it can pull HubSpot Dialer calls into Fireflies for transcription, and push notes, summaries, tasks, and a transcript link onto Contacts, Companies, and Deals. Its standout feature is Autofill CRM, which extracts data from the transcript straight into HubSpot properties. One catch: the full transcript itself doesn’t land in HubSpot - only a link.

Fireflies treats HubSpot as a first-class citizen - this is one of the few recorder integrations that’s genuinely bidirectional. Verified against Fireflies’ guide.

Two directions

Pull: HubSpot Dialer call recordings flow into Fireflies for transcription and summarization - useful if reps dial from HubSpot and you want those calls in the same library as your meetings.

Push: notes, summaries, a transcript link, and tasks onto Contacts, Companies, and Deals (you pick the pipeline and stage for deal logging); meetings log as a call plus note by default; contact/lead creation for unknown participants is optional.

The two features worth the setup

1️⃣ Autofill CRM: Fireflies extracts structured data from the transcript into HubSpot Contact and Company properties - the closest thing in this category to “the CRM updates itself.” Scoped to the fields you map, which is the right kind of caution.

2️⃣ App Cards: Fireflies meeting cards render inside HubSpot records, so reps see recent calls without leaving the CRM.

The catches

  • The full transcript doesn’t push into HubSpot - a link is added instead. (Fireflies’ own docs are inconsistent here: the config wizard shows a transcript toggle, the FAQ says link-only. Test your own setup before promising anyone “transcripts in HubSpot.” Its Salesforce integration, notably, can save full transcripts.)
  • Integration Rules (filtering which meetings sync) require Business ($19/seat/mo annual) - the default below that is everything syncs.
  • Private meetings are excluded unless a Super Admin configures otherwise; admins can apply settings workspace-wide and lock non-admin configs.

The assessment

For HubSpot-first teams, this plus Fireflies’ price point ($10–$19/seat) is a strong pairing - Autofill CRM alone can retire a chunk of manual data entry. The structural gap is the same one every per-tool integration shares: each call lands on its records as an isolated engagement, and the account-level story - what’s been promised, what’s at risk, how this quarter’s conversations connect to the tickets and the renewal - lives nowhere. That join is what Noded does: Fireflies and HubSpot both feed the Customer Context Graph, and the graph maintains the one living story per account that no timeline can. Autofill fills fields; the graph answers questions.

FAQ

Does Fireflies push full transcripts into HubSpot?

No - a transcript link is added to the logged meeting (unlike its Salesforce integration, which can save full transcripts). Fireflies’ docs are inconsistent on this; test your configuration.

What is Autofill CRM?

A Fireflies feature that extracts transcript data directly into HubSpot Contact and Company properties you map - automated CRM field updates from what was said on the call.

Can Fireflies transcribe HubSpot Dialer calls?

Yes - the integration pulls Dialer recordings into Fireflies for transcription and summarization.
